Consignment Sale SPRING/SUMMER 2010

March 7th , Sunday                 Pick Up                                               3 pm-5 pm                                                                 *All items left after 5 pm will be

                                                              donated to charity.

 

**Please read all information before pricing items.

-Sellers will receive 70% and Tots-n-Teens will keep 30% for church & youth projects.

-We accept Spring and Summer clothing in excellent condition.  The consignment sale committee reserves the right to reject any items due to stains, tears, etc.

-Please put all priced items on your inventory sheet and bring to check in. We accept:

                        *Girls and Boys clothing in all sizes

                        *Junior girls and boys clothing to size 11

                        *Maternity (please tag as Maternity)

                        *Children’s shoes - PLEASE put in Ziploc bag.

                        *Nursery items: high chairs, exersaucers, cribs, strollers, etc.

                        *Toys, bikes, videos, books etc.(Toys must have batteries, No stuffed animals.)       

-You must sell a minimum of 20 items  and a maximum of 250.

-Clearly highlight the “y” on all items to be sold ½ price on Saturday.  If you do not wish to sell that item at ½ price, circle the “N” with a pen.  Do not highlight the “N”.  Items not marked yes or no will be sold ½ price on Saturday.

-Volunteers who work a minimum of 3 hours may shop the preview sale.

-You may copy the inventory sheet and tags or visit www.cedartownfumc.org for more.

-There is a $4 seller fee due at check-in.  You must also have a self-addressed stamped envelope with your seller # on it so your check can be mailed to you promptly.

-Price items in whole dollar amounts.  Hanger hook should face to the left.  Pin tag with safety pin in left corner (on the right side if you are facing hanger).
